New Years

Ok so I have been thinking a lot about my new years resolution I have finally decided on what it will be. It will be to lose more weight a total of at least 50 pounds. I will continue eating good as I am now and go to the gym more. I was going a lot then got in my car accident and the doctor put me on limited activity at the gym but I will make it a point to get in there more than 3 times a week ( i currently go about 3 now) I really like the arc trainer and treadmill so maybe i will take a few classes too. I also want to start doing a to do list of everything and actually use it. Try to actually treat myself better than i currently do. I put myself down a lot ..ok like all the time. But hello if you gained over 60 pounds in 5 to 6 years you would probably too. Also work on selling more bows and making some money to put in savings!!! I think that is enough to work on lol.
